This Tutorial will teach you how to make stationary in
Paint Shop Pro
When you open PSP go to file and then open
Find the graphic you want to make stationary with
and bring it into the program
You can use this one if you like
If you want to resize the picture go to Image and then resize
When this screen comes up you can change the size in
width and height.
Be sure to have "maintain aspect ratio checked
This will resize it in the same dimensions as the picture appears
Once you have it the size you want,
click on the eye dropper tool and hold it over the picture and
find a color to the right that suits you for the background for your
stationary and hit the left mouse button
This will set the color
Now go to file and new and open an image approximately
900 wide by the depth of your picture
Click OK
The image will look like this
